“ My friend and I tried Keyaki for dinner. We had Crunchy Shrimp, Tempura vegetables and 2 sushi pizzas. The Tempura vegetables serving was huge and delicious. The sushi pizza is served on a crispy rice base, so good and filling at the same time. Servers were friendly and it was not crowded on a Thursday evening. I will go back! ”

“ One of the few places I came back to for sushi in all of Utah. Pictures are from November and January of 2024x The sushi pizza is a must and is fresh and crunchy all at once! Jalapeños bomb a go down so easily with nice and warm cream cheese! Friends enjoyed it and brought their friends who came to visit. Nice service and comfortable atmosphere, never felt rushed. ”
“ The restaurant was modern and clean. We ordered the crispy shrimp sushi pizza. My husband loved it. My problems were that either the fried rice "pizza" part or the tempura crumbles on top tasted like their oil was old and it tainted the flavor. Also, there wasn't a lot of flavor. I added some eel sauce and spicy mayo, which helped a lot. It was very filling as well. We got jalapeño bombs which were good, but had a smoky chipotle flavor that I didn't love. We ordered the Fuji roll which was really good, it had a strong onion taste and almost tasted like an onion ring. The tanuki roll was not for me, but my husband loved it. We got a Maui drink which was really good, basically a pina colada, and the mangocktail, which my husband also loved. Overall this place was good, but needed a little something for me. My husband really loved it so we compromised on a 4 star review. ”
“ I took my daughter here for her 15th Birthday dinner and this place was amazing. Keyaki Sushi has a Beautiful atmosphere good service. The kids compared the Boba tea to tiger sugar which I think is a compliment! I know this place is newer, but it has some of the best sushi in town! ”

This restaurant is known for their speciality "pizza sushi". Pro-tip: there is parking in the front of the building but if you can't find anymore, there is more room in the back area. Tuna Sushi Pizza: $15.99 - This dish was unexpectedly delicious. I always worry there is too much rice to fish ratio but the portion size was just right. Crispy fried rice, spicy crab salad. There is a choice of spicy fresh salmon or cooked spicy shrimp. Tobiko and green onions are added. Topped with sesame seeds, sprouts and drizzled with house Keyaki sauce. Combo: 2 Classics and 1 Comfort: $38.99 - this is a great option if you're interested in trying multiple rolls at the same time. Sunset Roll (classic): this is a classic roll if you're a California lover but want to elevate it with some fresh salmon and a citrus hint. Crab salad, cucumber & avocado, topped with fresh salmon and lemon, served with ponzu sauce. Pacific Roll (classic) : this roll was slightly sweet and had a nice crunch with thecucumber. Ingredients include Kanikama, eel, cucumber, cream cheese, and topped with sesame seeds. Drizzled with Keyaki special house sauce. Osaka Roll (comfort): I personally like the seared tuna taste that gives off a smokey after bite. This roll includes tuna, asparagus, green onion and Tobiko. Topped with pepper seared tuna, house pineapple chutney, and and crunchy rice noodles, My feedback is that the space is small and cannot accommodate large parties. I heard they are moving to another location soon in Fort Union that will be much more spacious. I love the selection of sauces (e.g. spicy mayo, eel sauce, ponzu, and soy sauce) but the bottles were sticky and needed to be cleaned. Overall, Keyaki sushi was delicious and I look forward to having more friends and family try out the sushi pizza. Yum! Would you go? Let me know. Follow me for all the Salt City sips and trips. ”
“ Keyaki Sushi is the place I love introducing other people to. I've probably brought 6+ friends/acquaintances and all of them leave very happy and very full. It's a win with everyone! The sushi pizza cannot be beat. And the jalapeño bombs are not to be slept on, either. Each sushi roll is a heaping pile of Japanese-American goodness. (The only thing missing is a liquor license!) I don't know what it is about Keyaki but it always hits the sushi-spot for me. ”
“ The sushi pizza is novelty deliciousness. My favorite sushi pizza is the spicy pizza (matcha is the name of the pizza I believe).... Fresh tuna with crunchy garlic toppings, jalapenos, and chili oil! The base is crunchy baked rice. It's a fun take on sushi for sure. I crave the pizzas all the time. Of course there is plenty of regular sushi roll options to try as well. If you're vegan, this place is for you. I was impressed of the amount of vegan options. Their drinks are very fun! Many mocktail options and added soda flavor. The food is great! I will say it took a minute for the food to come out (about 30 mins ish~) and I didn't feel like there was a large group or many take out orders at the time. An added bonus, Keyaki sushi surprisingly sells dessert in their little shop. They have a little section for it. ”
“ The service was super friendly. And they have a TON of vegan sushi (beyond cucumber rolls, etc) and desserts. And you have to try one of the lemonades. The presentation on the food was a 10/10 as well. Looked exactly like the pictures. The only downside was the service was kinda slow and they did forget my appetizer. They were super sorry though, and said since they went viral on Instagram they've been super busy. The parking is limited and you sit yourself at the restaurant. ”
